Perssonify is headquartered in New York, USA, and works with clients located worldwide. By using our Sites or services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Perssonify also has operations in India. Personal information may be accessed by Perssonify personnel located in India for service delivery, support, and operations.

9.1 California (CCPA and CPRA)

California residents have the rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, but our use of cookie-based marketing and retargeting may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, follow the steps in Section 7 or contact privacy@perssonify.com. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

9.2 Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, and Rhode Island) have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. 9.3 EU, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights listed above and may contact your local data protection authority. We have not appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR or its UK equivalent. If you believe a representative is required for your data, contact privacy@perssonify.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act and other applicable laws. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Sites and services are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
